This dish was very good. I have been very disappointed with the fried rice at other chinese restaurants in Seattle but at Chiang's it was perfect. The rice was sort of mushy but just the right amount.
This dish was very good. I have been very disappointed with the fried rice at other chinese restaurants in Seattle but at Chiang's it was perfect. The rice was sort of mushy but just the right amount. Some places like to cook it so that the rice is really dry, this is ok I guess but I like a bit more moistness in my friend rice.

the chicken fried rice was good. it was the perfect texture. This was definitely good enough to be worth the poor customer service.
