This Bowl was not on their menu I asked them to make it and they did. Basically it is a chirashi bowl made of 100% salmon. So for those of you who don't eat sushi often it is Salmon Sashimi over
This Bowl was not on their menu I asked them to make it and they did. Basically it is a chirashi bowl made of 100% salmon. So for those of you who don't eat sushi often it is Salmon Sashimi over a bowl of Sushi rice. The Salmon was amazing and their sushi rice is also VERY good.
