I must admit that I only tried some of this when my friend ordered it.
I have reviewed the Saltado de Pollo separately and this is basically the same but with beef. It tastes AMAZING. This meal is st I must admit that I only tried some of this when my friend ordered it.
I have reviewed the Saltado de Pollo separately and this is basically the same but with beef. It tastes AMAZING. This meal is stir fried, I believe, with french fries cooked in with the beef and vegetables. So the french fries take on some of the flavor of the meal.
Although this entree is from Peruvian restaurant, it definitely has some Asian influence.
