Kim chi, beef gristle (normally pork), a fried egg and whatever else the base of Okonomiyaki is made of. This was pretty good. But I don't think Okonomiyaki is one of my favorite things.

A word of advice, don't try to eat this without the egg. The egg really tones down the taste which in this case is a very good thing.
