This dish was ok... This was basically a Chirashi bowl made of nothing but Salmon. The salmon was not super fresh (it wasn't terrible just not that great) and the sushi rice was not sweet enough
This dish was ok... This was basically a Chirashi bowl made of nothing but Salmon. The salmon was not super fresh (it wasn't terrible just not that great) and the sushi rice was not sweet enough for my tastes.
