I did not like this very much. I think that it was probably a very well made dutch baby but that it is just not my taste.
The "pancake" was very light and fluffy and it tasted like backed eggs, when I tasted areas with bananas in them they were very tasty but other than that it was all kind of tasteless. Also in my opinion the Bitter Chocolate sauce does nothing for the dish at all.
