Braised Beef Noodle Soup
this soups is amazingly good. The broth is spicy but not to the point of being uncomfortable to eat and the flavor seeps into the noodles very nicely.
The Beef in this soup is very good as well. It is the perfect texture and practically melts in your mouth.
