Man... I don't even know where to start! This is an amazing dish. The brisket is spool nice, cooked to a perfect texture and consistency so it almost melts in your mouth. And the noodles and broth are just awesome as well. If you are at Din Tai fung, forget the Xiao long bao and get this!
