Chicken Plate
Oh my. This was RIDICULOUS Good. It was a whole chicken that was barbecued for, who knows how many hours. it was savory and a bit sweet with a strong smokey taste. Also, normally I am not a fan of the white meat of the chicken but wow, the breast was perfection, not dry at all. If you are in Austin and want some barbecue I HIGHLY recommend trying this.
