Salmon Nigiri

This Salmon Nigiri was VERY good. I don't mind the size of the fish so I was very happy with it.

I think the chef cut the nigiri differently than normal as you couldn't see the white lines that are normally evident on Salmon nigiri. But it didn't matter, it was still amazingly good.
