Singaporean Hainanese Chicken Rice
Having just come from Singapore where I had lots of hainanese Chicken I can say with near certainty that this is NOT "Singaporean" hainanese Chicken. Now, just because it is not Singaporean does not make it immediately bad, but this was no bueno. They made the ambitious decision to use white meat which resulted in quite tasteless and meat that was somehow both soggy and dry. The rice also did not have very much of a chicken broth flavor. But the bok choy this was sitting on top of was good.
