This was very tasty. Fresh and Fatty, just the way Toro is supposed to be. The sushi chef here cut this in an interesting way. The chef took a fat piece of fish, cut it vertically and spread it over the rice.

There was wasabi under the fish but it isn't overpowering in the way that wasabi in most places in the US is.
