Filet de Saumon (Salmon Fillet)
The Salmon was VERY good. The Salmon was lightly seasoned and served atop some sort of greens probably Spinach. The Salmon, although lightly seasoned tasted very good and was cooked to perfection. While not being dry it was also fully cooked. This was absolutely wonderful.
