Pecorino Ovilli Amdrosia from Le Marche (Ewes’s Milk)
This is a VERY pungent cheese. I guess it was high quality, but I hated it. The stuff in that little bowl is honey, but it has truffle shavings in it so it really tasted like truffles instead of honey.
