Seven Hour Shoulder of Lamb, Crushed Peas, Broad Beans and Mint Vinaigrette
This was ok. The lamb was cooked perfectly. It's texture was absolute perfection. It melted in your mouth and there was absolutely no need for a knife. BUT...
While the ingredients were of the highest quality there was very little flavoring of the lamb. To me it was a bit bland.
The beans under the lamb, however, were wonderful.
