Everything Green Salad
I'm going to be honest, this was an odd combination that I did not particularly enjoy. It had lettuce, pistachio, Asparagus and Peas. The textures were just weird. The dressing was a bit interesting though. It tasted as though it might have some fennel mixed in with it.
