Aji Nigiri
This is Spanish Mackerel nigiri it is one of the best tasting dishes I've had. It tastes a bit fatty, and it had a great texture almost like it disintegrated in my mouth. I really loved this because it was not soaked in salt or vinegar or whatever most mackerel nigiri is soaked in.
