Sweet potato mushroom mei-si roll

This was a combination of sweet potatoes and mushrooms wrapped in delicate fried noodles of some sort. While I did not enjoy the amount of oil in the outer shell, the flavor created by the combination of sweet potato and mushrooms was very nice indeed.
