Venison puff
I did not like this at all. I don't know what Venison is but it didn't taste good in these puffs.
According to the waiter this dish was in the top 50 entrees in the UK. I find that hard to believe. It was oily and a bit sweet.
EDIT: I think the first time I had these I had a bad batch, as they were absolutely awesome the second time I had them. I have also learned what Venison is, it's usually Deer.
