Delicious and innovative. Every piece of fish on this platter was beautiful and fresh. Each had great additional accents including fresh wasabi on the tuna, vinegar jelly on the salmon, truffle on the snapper, jalepeno on the yellowtail, fruit salsa on the mackeral. Best sashimi platter I've ever had
