Salmon Kama
The Salmon Kama is Salmon collar. It is very good. Unfortunately this is not a regular menu item. I lucked out and ordered it right before they ran out. The best part of salmon is the texture and Kisaku delivered on this one. The Salmon was grilled perfectly and was not dry at all.
This was for Valentines Dinner and that was the only reason why I shared it hehe.....
